Evgeny Zhemaletdinov has spent over twenty four years in one of the Big Four companies in Kazakhstan and in the USA, including over eleven years as a partner and head of financial services Group in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. In 2017 he joined Grant Thornton.
Evgeny has reputation of a reliable consultant with extensive experience in banking, insurance, asset management, mining and telecommunication sectors. Evgeny participated in a number of projects on the international capital markets, including the placement of equity securities on London Stock Exchange, eurobonds of Kazagro JSC, ATF Bank, Development Bank of Kazakhstan and other clients. He was leading on a number of securitization projects and buy-side due diligences.
Evgeny was involved in assurance engagements with number of large companies including Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC, National managing holding KazAgro JSC, Kazakhtelecom JSC, Rio Tinto Exploration and Mining, CNPC Aidan Munai, Kazpost, SB Sberbank JSC, Halyk Bank JSC, ATF Bank JSC, Tsesna Bank JSC, Nurbank JSC, Fortebank JSC, VTB Bank JSC.
